H1B extn w/ frequent commute to Canada

I will be traveling 2 to 3 times a week for a part-time study program in Toronto while being on my 7th year extension stay on H1B visa in the US. I just got my permanent residence in Canada so I know that I will not have any problem entering Canada. However, will it be a problem while re-entering US considering that my H1B visa stamp on the passport will be expiring soon and I will be commuting frequently? Please advise.
 
Living in Canada -- what address ?

I am daily commuting from Canada to U.S. Moved to Canada ( P.R) 3 weeks before. I am on H1b and forgot to apply change of address.
My questions:
1.Do I need to fill AR-11 too. As I left USA. And how late it is now..
2. What shouold be my address on Tax docs like pay stubs etc?
3. What else address related things shopuld be taken care of?
