I tried looking for this information at other threads however I have not been able to get any answer to my situation.
I have a valid H1B with company A till Sep 30, 2007. Company A has already filed for an extension using regular processing (Receipt Date June 5)
I received an offer from company B who is willing to transfer my H1B however they do not want to incur the cost of filing for an extension. They told me that if my visa gets extended and they have not filed the position, they would offer me the Job. Here is my question.
1. I can get premium processing for extension from company A. I would pay for the premium processing charges. If company B initiates a transfer and I start working for this company in August (after my extension is approved from company A), would my extension be still valid for company B? Or Company B will have to file for my extension again beyond Oct 2007. (for which I have an approved extension from company A).
