Hi All,
i have have an H1B petition with an extention till Nov 2009 but my stamping has expired. Similarly, my Wife has H4 with extention till nov 2009 with stamping expired. Now i am planning to switch to a company B from Company A. Company B has agreet to sponser my H1 as well as my wife's H4. I have following doubts:
1) My wife is planning to visit india next week around 15th of feb. My transfer will mostly start after she has left for india. will she loose her current H4 extention?
2) Will she require a new stamping to re enter us with my H1 under the new company B or would i need to go to India, get a new stamping for myself and then have her get H4 stamping?
I am totally confused about this and would appreciate any help on this.
