H1b extension

currently I am on H1b visa and first 3 years are expiring in the month of September while my employer is not ready for the extension of my H1b, I want to know will I be able to transfer my visa to Visitors visa or dependent visa and then after getting employment will I be able to transfer to H1b extension again?

You can avail 60 days grace period from the time your job is terminated and file I-539 B2 status for you and your family for 180 days, during that time if you find employment, your new employer can file H1B petition for you.
