Anyone who got successful H1b extension recently from IT consulting companies let us know your comments on the following:

1. Client contract
2. End client letter.

Was the above sent along with h1b ext application or only after an RFE. Are there cases when USCIS never asked for the above? Thank you.

I am also in need of similar info. I am on 6 years completion and apply for a H1B.
My client in no way would give a letter.
Please suggest ideas to circumvent this.

Also, my client is one of the TARP funded comapnies. will this cause problem?
