My H1B expires on sep 30th 2009 and am planning to apply for extension in apr 2009. I am planning to apply in premium processing because for any reason if H1B extension gets denied, I can immediately apply for H1B transfer to another company.
My concern is as follows:
1. Will it raise a red flag with USCIS if I apply premium processing in apr 2009 for the start date on oct 2009.
2. My client is not ready to give an end client letter as per their HR policy. I have been with the same client throught my H1 and my employer has work orders, purchase orders etc with the end client name and my name mentioned on it. Will that be sufficient to prove that I am on the project, if I get an RFE for H1B extension.
