Has anyone or your employer filed for a H1 extension on your own without the help of lawyer. If yes, could you please post your experience either here or as a private message.
My h1 is expiring this Aug28th( 5th year), I am waiting for my I-140 decision, meanwhile before I hear the decision of my I-140, I would like to get my h1 extended for 6th year. I wanted to save couple thousand dollars by applying on my own if thats possible.
Please post your advise on this matter..
