Hi All,

Please advice what documents I need to extend my H1B and H4 for my wife.

Do I need a lawyer for that? I heard that we need some information from the company and that only lawyer can get, is that true?

I have got my labour approved for my GC process, can I use that labor for my H1B extension?

Nope, you can request the same information from the company. If you feel, you can avoide the attorney.

Are you trying for a 7th year extension? If so, then if you labor had being filed 365 days before the expiry of your 6 years of H1 you can use it for extension.
