Q.1 How to calculate My stay in US towards 6 Years Limit.
Is it calculated from the date My Employer received I-797 or
From the Date I-94 issued to me.
Q.2 What is the current requirements for H1-B Extension, Is it required
to go back to my Home Country to get stamping for Extension...?
Q.3 My LC is filed in Atlanta DOL , What is AVM No. to check the Status
of my Application. ?
Q.4 My LC is filed in April 2004. If I don't receive any Decision by Aug 2005,
Am I eligible to file for H-1B Extension untill I get Decesion on LC Application.
