I have filed my H1b extension in June'06. Does anyone knows what is the current processing date in CSC. I have checked the CSR Processing time. As on 7/15/06, it says that 2nd May'06.
Also, while my H1b extension is pending, can I travel with my valid Advance parol to India. Will there be a chance to reject my H1B extension while I am out of country. I would like to continue with my H1b instead of EAD.
Same in EAD, while EAD is pending can I travel to India with a valid EAD and AP?
Please advise.
