H1B Extension Stamping Issues at Mumbai Consulate

Gurus:

I am looking for possible issues in H1 extension visa stamping issues at Mumbai Consulate. I am currently on my 7th year. H1 visa stamping on passport expired more than a year ago. I-94 is still valid. My wife would also be joining me for her H4 visa stamping. Her visa stamping will also expire before we go for the interview. I have an appointment in March 2008. All advise,tips highly appreciated.

Hi All,
I am planning to send my wife only to Chennai Consulate for her H4 visa(second time stamping). I am not going for my H1 stamp because of delays in stamping, My employer is a big company (15K employees).I am using AP to return.


If I send her alone..Is it going to be very tuff Interview at consulate....Please let me know..any sugestions..Please.
