H1B Extension - same employer plz help!

Hi Everybody!

FYI: Labor Cert is filed; H1B is valid till Sept 30, 2009; same employer; no breaks in employment.

I am about to file an extension of my h1b with the same employer. I cannot find any "step by step" instructions on how to do it.

Please help me with that so I can do it myself (with my employer). I will really appreciate a quick answer.

It is fairly straight forward procedure. I have to remember of hand... best thing would be, get a copy of your previous filing. and follow it.. the steps are:
1) post job a the job site for ??? days
2) File Labor certification LCA - Done online
3) submit I-129 with all the documentation
