Hello, my first 3 years h1b is expiring on june 30, 2005. I plan to file the extension not using a lawyer this april. i checked the ins website and there are no checklist of docs required except for passport, i-94 and the form. i'm wondering if that's all they require? do they require pay stubs?
my second question is whether the extension is for 3 years? because i heard you have to file extension yearly for the remaining 3 years.
