Hello
My current H1b is expiring in mid december and I will be filing for an extension soon. I have an approved I140 so I can 'wish' for a 3 year extension.
I understand from from the various posts here and the discussion with my lawyer that I will require a client letter.
My client is willing to give the client letter but can not mention an end date way in future such as 2011, since all extensions happen every 6 months only. Will it be sufficient if he mentions that I
"have been working there since 2008 January and is expected to continue in future"
Note that there is no end date mentioned. Will this work ?
Any thoughts/comments are greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.
