H1B extension .... please help

MY H1B is expiring in June 2006. Labor was cleared in September 05 and applied for 140 /485 before Sep 30th.
1. If my 1140 is approved before current H1 expiry, can I apply H1B extension?
2. Can I still qualify to apply H1B extension? even if the Labor was not filed 365 days prior to H1 expiry?
3. If i get my EAD approval before H1 expiry, can I use the EAD and leave the H1 status?
Please help me.

If your labor was cleared in Sept '05 when was it applied?

my labor was applied on 21st of july 2005.
