H1B extension not arrived I94 expiring

Hi,

My H1B and I-94 is valid till 30-Sep-2009. My company applied for H1B extension in July 2009. I have the receipt number but the approval has not come yet.

I have EAD and AP.

Will I be out of status after 30-Sep-2009 in case the H1B extension does not arrive before that day?
