H1b Extension & multiple H1b transfer while I94 not expired

Here is my scenario..

Working with company A on H1B the I94 expires on Sept 30, 2008. Company A has filed for an extension with a receipt date of August 25, 2008.

Have a job offer with company B who have filed for H1B transfer around first week of September , 2008

Have a job offer with company C who are planning to file for H1B transfer ASAP before sept 30, 2008. The attorney for company C says that I should ask the Company B to withdraw its H1B tranfer.

Is there any problem if there is an extension filed by my current employer A and two simultaneous / concurrent H1B transfer filed by B & C? Is it necessary to ask company B to with draw its H1B transfer for Company C to proceed with its H1B transfer? Are there any issues that can arrise in this whole scenario?

Also what happens if i continue with both the fillings and join company C on receipt notice and then my current employer company A with draws the extension petition? what happens to my status and what happens to the other H1B transfer filed by company B
