I will finish my J1 waiver on august 15th,2007. My H1B is valid upto 7/31/07. I need to file a H1B extension for me and H4 for my family! I was reading self help by J1 Victim(excellent posting, very helpful)! Are there any changes to what was already posted?! I work for VAMC, I am planning to do it myself! I filed my original H1B, NIW/140/I 485, EB1-EA 140 at TSC!!!!! SHould I send my H1 extension to TSC?!!!!!!!!!!!!
