My current H1B Visa expires on Jan 31' 09 and I still have another
2 years left on the max consecutive stay of 6 years on H1B Visa.
As of now the employer is responding to the RFE raised by
USCIS related to the extension application.
1. Given a scenario where in for some reasons the application reaches
after the deadline of Jan 20' 09 , can I still file for H1B Transfer through
another company ?
2. During the time period the extension application is pending with USCIS can one file for H1B transfer through another company?
