When filing for my h1b visa with a new non cap exempt employer, there was a question as to whether the extension of stay was going to be approved ......... I was looking at USCIS online portal (CHECK MY STATUS) and it says.... we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER..... I have not received the actual decision yet...... With this wording, is there a chance that the extension of stay was just denied but the underlying H1b visa was approved. Or does this mean the underlying H1b was denied completely? Any experience on this anyone? Thanks!
