I have a situation. My H1B extenison was denied on Sep 1, 2004 and my previous H1B expired in May, 2004. I filed the motion to reopen on 25 Sep and left the country on 20 october after taking care of some personal things. Now i have an appointment in US Consulate, Delhi, on 30 Nov for an H4 visa. I am trying to come back on H4 visas since my husband iss on H1B. Could my illegal stay in US from Sep1 to 20 Oct pose any problems, what kind, how i should take care of it.
