Case Details:
RD: April 9, 2004
ND: April 14, 2004
Approval : June 29, 2004 (Online status, yet to receive the mail)
Service Center: VSC, Regular processing, No RFEs
Asked for three months vacation time (combined time spent in India over three trips).
Included with the documents submitted, was a doctor's certificate for wife (F-1), about her pregnancy and her due date in October (same month when my current H-1B is expiring). I do not know if it had any impact on the approval.
Every lawyer who I talked to said chances are 50-50. We took a chance, and it worked out for us.
Also, we never filed for Labor, green card, etc.
Just wanted to post the details, which might help others.....giving back to the forum that has helped me several times in the past.
