Hi, I am planning to apply for extension of my H1B in March from 7/1/2007 . I am planning to travel out of the country in April. I already have an Valid VISA until 7/1/2007. What are my options. What will happen if I leave the country after applying for extension. What should I state on my I129 #1. Change of status in the country, #2.consular processing.
