Please Advice me,
Working with "Company A" from 3 years, about 4 months back got a offer from "Company B" and "Company B" applied for H1B Transfer.
Am Still working with "Company A" and they applied for Extension (because visa expired in Nov'02).
Question : Will there be any problem with my TRANSFER or EXTENSION, since both are in process same time?
For me "Company A" (EXTENSION) is very important, would like to stay with "Company A".
NOTE:
"Company A"(EXTENSION is) applied after "Company B" (TRANSFER) PETITION.
