H1B extension after filing I485 ... please help me..

Hi,

I have doubt on H1B extensions after filing I485. Please help me on this.

So far, I have used my H1B just for 2 and half years. And recently i applied for I485 and I765 for myself and spouse. But, 2 weeks back I realized why I applied for EAD. Just I would like to know couple of things here

1. Whether I get 3yr extension or 1 yr extensions after filing I485(before 6yr limit and after 6yr limit). Right now, I have approval until April 2009. Visa stamping is valid until end of this month(30th sep 2007).

2. What problems I will face, if I move to different employer (due to some permanent offer with good package) using my EAD after 180 days.

3. If I move to different employer after 180 days, Is there any legal problems with current employer and do they cancel my whole GC processing. Because, really I am working for low package from last 2 years.

4. What kind of RFE's will get related to current employer. I heard I485 is totally related to my personal stuff and hardlu they ask current employment verification letter and some paystubs.

5. Do I need to inform USCIS before moving to new employer.

Please clear all these my doubts.

1. 3 years till you complete 6 years limit.
2. That's AC-21 clause to change employer after 180 days since filing for adjustment of Status. If I-140 is approved by then, you should be good as long as the new job is similar to current job.
