My h1b extension was approved. ( I have the approval paper)
My first h1b expired last June. As far as I know im ok, since the new one was approved. I am planning on going to the US consulate in Matamoros Mexico to get my new h1b stamped sometime in November. Am I in any problem as of now, because I have not stamped it yet and the first one expired back in June!?
Or am I fine until I leave the country at which point I have to come in with the new visa? Not sure. Any advice greatly appreciated.
