H1B Expiring in Oct 09 and travelling to India in July

Hi Everyone,

My H1B is valid till Oct 09 and I am traveling to India in July and coming back in last week of July. I am just wondering whether I will have any issues at the port of entry as I will be having valid H1B for next 2 months only? Do I need to carry certain documents to show continuation of work. Once I am back I will file for H1B renewal.
I really appreciate your help on my query.
