Hi All,
My 5th year H1b visa is ending on Jan 14 2011 and my 6th year including travel outside of US is ending on Jan 14 2012. My company will be applying for GC in EB2 in the month April 2011 (with the process of placing ads and other preliminary work begins from Jan 2011).
Question: What are my chances of getting a labor certification before Jan 14 2012. If I do get one, will I be eligible for 1 year extension. I currently reside in Chicago, I am assuming my file will go Chicago Regional Center.
