Why would a valid H1B be required for consular processing ?
Consular processing is basically meant for people leaving outside the US so why would the issue of a valid H1 visa come into picture ?
I have seen some posts about someone getting rejected because of an expired H1 which I think is absolutely false. When I put in a query to the person who had that posting , it was never replied to.
