What do you mean H1B expired ??

Did your H1B visa stamp expire ? - If so, you can't revalidate within the US - you need to visit a consulate abroad.

I hope you are on valid H1 status (valid H1 approval notice/receipt for extension) -- if you mean that your H1 status has expired (& u are working on H1), then talk to a lawyer asap.

Since you used the term "revalidate" am assuming its just the visa ... in that case you are in no hurry -- the visa stamp is only relevant for re-entry after travel abroad - you can stay with an expired stamp in the US as long you have valid H1 status.
