Hi,

My wife works in medical field and she was sponsored H1B and the employer paid the visa expenses. The hospital management were not good and we decided to move.

The situation is:

When taking the job, she signed a contract for 3 years and if she leaves the job, she will be paying the H1B visa expenses and the attorney fees as well.

I know we have signed it but I started looking into the internet and I realised that it is not right. Please, please advice and if possible any information from the USCIS website.

We were sponsored under premium processing and paid for.

The contract says we have to pay 7665 dollars for H1B and Greencard costs. So far they did not start Greencard process.

Sincerely,
Nitin
