My Wife (Currently on h4) has been recently interviewed for a permanant position. the company interviewed works only with local and federal government. but the company is privately owned.
My question is since the company only has clients in local government, and some of company staff works with local government, to help them or to proivde technical support to local govt. etc. will my wife be eligible to get an exemption under some cateory for h1b visa exemptions provisions??
coz she cleared first round of interview and will be called again for second round of interview, if i can get the answer to this question before that it will be great.
