I really need your help. My current company is having a financial crisis and I will be layed off in December 2012 - I am currently under H1B with this company. I am looking for a new employer which will then be a H1b transfer. My question is: how risky is the transfer? is it the same as reapplying for an H1B visa? How high is the chance that the transfer gets denied??
