My labor certification has been approved, I-485 is still pending. My current H1B expires this week, (6 years) but my employer filed for an extension until the I-485 has been approved. Once the I-485 is approved, they are planning to file for a 3-year extension.
Is it possible at this stage for an another employer to file for an H1B for me? Or am I stuck with this employer?
