H1B/EAD question?

Can a person who currently works on H1B full time and who also has EAD work parttime using EAD without hindering his H1B job?

What are the possible problems doing the above?

Please be aware that using the EAD will invalidate the H1. So if you take a side job using EAD, your H1 will become invaid and you will then have to use EAD to work for all jobs (including your full time).

So please, be very carefule when you use the EAD.
