H1B docs required to post to consulate before interview

Hi All,

I am working in USA from last 14 months and I came to USA on H4 later got my H1B approval and started working after 47 days gap.

Now I have taken appointment in Mumbai Consulate in March 2006 for H1B stamping.

I need to send docs to Mumbai Consulate by Courier.

I know we need to send:

DS156
DS157
Passport copies
Consulate Interview letter
HDFC receipt consulate copy
Questionaire

Now can I take DD for 2300/- with me for Visa Issuance fee or need to post that too.

Also what are the supporting docs for H1B visa that I need to send?
