H1b Dilemma

Hello All

My wife got H1B approved through company A via change of status from B2. She also has got another H1B approved through company B.

Now if she works for company B for say 3 months and for some reason quit B, can she join company A ( as she already have an H1 from company A)or does she need to get her H1 transferred from company B to company A ?

Also will there be any issue at the port of entry when she returns to USA after travel ?

I am not an attorney and you must confirm this with one. Yes she can go back to A as long as that H1 is active and valid. There is nothing called H1 transfers.....in this kind of cases problems at embassy are mainly becos she changed from B2 to H1..not that it is illegal but against the spirit of B2 given....
