H1B denied --Urgent please help

Guys,

I need your help in understanding my status.


1. I applied for a H1 transfer and my case got denied after a RFE ? Mean while my previous employer called INS to cancel my Old H1 a week back. Currently what is my status ?

2. What are the options avaliable for me to be in status ?

3. My employer is planing to open a MTR , If he opens a MTR would i be in status ?

4. Usually how many days does INS give before i go out of status ?

BTW, i also i have EAD ,problem is my I-140 is pending after a RFE ,and i want to use this as a lost resort.

The think the best option will be MTR, I will you will be in status until the the MTR is approved or denied. Contact a good immigration attorney. There are lot of ignorent attorneys out there be careful.
