Currently I am in India and hold a H1b that is valid till Aug 08 . I was in the US working for an employer and returned to India during Oct06.
I would like to know if there's chances of my existing H1b getting transferred to another employer that would be ready to sponsor my Visa. I believe that the new employer can apply for consular processing since I am currently in India.
Would also want to know if my visa will be a part of the H1b cap for 08
