I had put a post on this board a while back stating that even though my H1B got approved around 10 Jan , I still havent recieved it. My lawyer moved and says the INS mail gets fwded. Its been 20 days and I am leaving for India soon and was worried. Lawyer refuses to change address with INS also. Do you know if INS mails get forwarded or do they get returned.I am afraid that either my H1b was returned or the company is holding my h1b and not giving it to me for some reason. Pls advice.They refuse to answer or cooperate at all.
