I graduated in december from a school in US. My company lawyers applied for my H1b under masters quota on april2nd. I got a receipt number from them in a few days. Till now my case is in pending status at the California Service Center. Does any one when know when is the last day which the Center will decide all H1B cap cases. I havent even got a request for more evidence. I have no idea why its taking so long. Any response would be of great help. My lawyers are asking me to wait.
