Hi All,

My attorney just found out that my documents had reached Vermont center on Feb 13th (Friday) at 9.55 AM. So wat are the chances that my petition got filed cosidering monday being an Holliday. USCIS says that petitions filed before 5pm on 17th will be conisdered for H1 Process. Does anyone have any calculations and logics who can apply on my stituation.I'd appreciate that.

Forgot to mention, I'd applied for Premium Processing? So wat wud be my staus cosidering the Cap.

I sent my application on Feb 9th, USCIS received on 10th, entered data on 11th and sent out the receipt number the same day. So just relate to my case and wait for few more days. As long as it is before 17th, I guess it should be okay.
