H1B Cap subject Stamping while H1-B Cap Exempt Extension Pending

My current employer A - University - Cap exempt has filed for my extension of h1b for september.
My new employer B= Cap Subject had filed for a new h1b for me in April and it is approved.

I have to go for stamping to canada/mexico during sep 21-30. Is it safe to go there to stamping then even though my extension for that month from my current employer will most likely been pending? Or do you think i should premium process my extension and then go to stamping for the cap subject visa?

Please note that the two H-1B visa applications are independent of each other. So, I think, you are good to go.
