HI I am NY Physical therapist. I am looking for H1B cap exempt employer. I know that to be qualified for cap exempt visa the employer should be a hospital or non profit organization, university or research center. I found 2 facilities that are inc. , private practicies but have contract with government to do early intervention and home care. I would like to know if I would be sponsored by them I will be qualified for H1B cap exempt visa. Thanks for any response. God bless.
