Hi there,
I am hoping to apply for a position working as an education abroad advisor (requires a Master's degree, which I have) at a US university. I have read that the H1B cap does not apply to those employed by educational institutions and the non-profit sector. Does anyone know if there are any restrictions on what type of jobs within an educational institution are not capped? I figure this is mainly for academic positions--professors and researchers, etc.--but I can't find this information and thought perhaps someone here might know...!
Thanks!
Anna
