My h1b was filed in april 2008 and I received the approval notice.
But my employer put a request to cancel my h1b on 30 sept..
I have applied for change of status from f1 to h1B.
Can I get a transfer of H1b in the first 10 days..I read it on some websites that I can get a transfer for h1b before oct 10 2008.
Does anyone know any consultants who can get the h1 transfer..
