My wife's employer filed an Initial H1B, and after 4 months she got a status update as

Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence​

On February 5, 2024, we canceled the request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXXXX. We will send you a notice if we need additional evidence
