Hello everyone, I'm from Italy and I'm on H1b visa. I have been living in USA for almost 7 years . I'm currently working full time for a company that has just started the process of sponsoring me for my green card. The companyny os of course using a lawyer. It looks like the wait to actually receive a green card is of about 4 years. I'm a sculptor and I have a almost a master in Art( I 'm missing 3 courses). I love the company I work for and I still want to work for this company and help it to grow and succeed but I would like to do some art work on the side that would allow me to express my artistic skills and also to make extra money. I have lots of people interested in my art . I have always been scared to jeopardize my visa status. According to what I have read I'm not allowed to make any extra money unless it's coming form my sponsor or from rent. I really would like to start my little artistic business that of course would not interfere with my company's job. Does somebody have any suggestions or experience in this field?
