I have completed Bachelors of Science and MBA. Also, I have 5 years of IT experience in mobile ************. I am still in India, never been to USA.
But an year ago, I have tried to get student (F1) visa for MBA in USA. I got F1 visa rejection with the reason of "No GMAT Score was provided".
Now, I have found one employer in USA to file my H1B (where my employer promised me that he had a long term Purchase Order about two years duration and possibly extends more time).
So, My question is what are the chances of getting approval of H1B after F1 Visa rejection ?
Also, what are the chances of getting my H1B visa stamped in India?
Please advise me?
