Hi All,
First of all, i am not sure if this question has already been answered but i have searched and return me with no result
My OPT is expiring at the end of this month and I've already sent all my documents to the Lawyer appointed by the company I am working on. I have been working with this company, BIG 4 Consulting Firm, for about 10 Months now. I was wondering how much is the approval rate for applying H1B at the first time. I graduated from an undergrad program from the university here in the US and I have a high expectation for my future so I am hoping that someone will be kind enough to answer my question. If you can direct me to the similar topics that have been posted i'd greatly appreciated as well.
